• A well-fitting cycling shoe should be quite tight, fitting snuggly in the heel without putting pressure on the instep. The shoe should offer a bit of toe room at the end without restricting toe movement.
• Please consider the fit of your new shoes before applying cleats or wearing outside the house.

• Spot clean carefully using a wet cloth/sponge or clean with a soft brush
• Do not use any cleaning agents
• Do not wash shoes or insoles in a washing machine
• Do not tumble dry
• Fill damp/wet shoes with newspaper to absorb moisture & help keep the shape
• Dry in a well ventilated area at room temperature
• Perforations in tongue can be cut to open out top edge, to aid a more comfortable fit
