Our customer service hours are 08:30 - 18:00 (GMT), Monday - Friday. While we aim to respond to all messages as quickly as possible, please allow up to 48 business hours for a reply.

Need to make a claim?

If your item arrives faulty or develops an issue, get in touch below. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the fault. You can attach the photos by replying to the auto-response email you’ll receive after submitting the contact form, or email us directly at support@rivelo.cc. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement where stock allows.
