Delivery
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 working days after you place it. During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
Delivery times depend on your shipping address and where the item is stored. You can find the most accurate delivery estimate for your location on each product page, just below the “Add to Cart” button. Please note: delivery times may vary between items if they are sent from different warehouses.
Delivery Providers
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked or trusted couriers. International orders use UKP or Seven Senders, with local partners for final-mile delivery.
Where We Deliver
We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Customs & Duties
For orders outside the UK or EU, local import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before you order.
Returns
Returns Policy
Not completely happy? Return any item within 100 days of receipt for a full refund.
How to Return
- Open a return.
- Pack your return securely and include a note with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Items being returned

Return postage is at your cost (except for faulty or incorrect items).
International Returns
Use the same process. EU returns should be sent to our EU warehouse:

Outside EU? Ask your post office for a CN22 form and label the package “return” to avoid import duties.
Faulty or Wrong Items
Received a damaged or incorrect product? Contact us with details and a photo. We’ll cover return costs and arrange a refund or replacement.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 days and you'll receive an email confirmation.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return unwanted items for a refund, then place a new order for replacements.
If your original order was discounted, or you're charged shipping on the repalcement, get in touch with your order number. We'll refund the difference.
