To celebrate 10 years since Rivelo first launched, we’re introducing our new Race range—expertly designed and produced in Europe, featuring premium Italian fabrics, advanced chamois technology, and a precision-cut modern silhouette. These cycling bib shorts are built to perform at the highest level, giving male riders the support, comfort, and freedom to push further and ride harder.
The high-stretch Italian fabric feels smooth and soft against the skin while delivering targeted compression support to reduce muscle fatigue and keep you feeling fresh on long rides. Breathability is dialed in with laser-cut venting holes and a heat-sealed waist panel that offers a secure, supportive fit without pressure or bulk. Every panel is purposefully placed to move seamlessly with your body, keeping distractions to an absolute minimum.
At the heart of these bibs is the Italian-made Cytech Elastic Interface chamois pad, thermo-moulded for a precise anatomical fit. Its super air foam density provides long-distance comfort with exceptional moisture management, helping to regulate temperature and keep you dry no matter how intense the effort. Whether you’re training, racing, or out on an epic ride, this pad is designed to perform hour after hour.
Laser-cut brace edges keep the upper lightweight and low profile, holding everything comfortably in place without digging in or shifting mid-ride. How to measure
- Chest (a): Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just below your armpit.
- Waist (b): Measure around the smallest part of your waist.
- Inside Leg (c): Measure from your crotch to your ankle.
How to use these measurements
These measurements are taken from garment seams or edges, laid flat. They show the actual dimensions of the product, not body measurements. To find your best fit:

Engineered for road cycling comfort, this pad combines a high-density Hybrid Cell System insert (200 kg/m³) with a four-density, multi-layer foam structure for targeted support. Its seamless, pre-shaped design follows the body's contours, with variable thickness zones (up to 15 mm) for pressure relief where it's needed most.
The perforated Eco X-Fifty fabric top layer is breathable, quick-drying, and made from 64% recycled fibres. It helps regulate skin temperature and prevent bacterial growth. Certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

What size should I order?
Our garments are designed for cyclists, true to size guide with a performance fit. You shouldn’t need to size up unless you like a more relaxed cut.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 100 days, as long as they're unused and in original condition. Just fill out a returns form and post it back to us. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — our kit is built to last & backed by a 2-year warranty. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Just get in touch with our support team.
Can I exchange if the size isn’t right?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but it’s easy to sort. Just return your item for a full refund, then place a new order for the size or item you need. If you paid shipping again, we’ll refund it — and we’ll match the price if your original order had a discount.
