Cycling shoes sizing
A well-fitting cycling shoe should be quite tight, fitting snugly in the heel without putting pressure on the instep. The shoe should offer a bit of toe room at the end without restricting toe movement. Please consider the fit of your new shoes before applying cleats or wearing outside the house.
If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up. If you have a narrower foot or your measurements fall comfortably within a size, choose your standard size. Use the Forefoot Width column alongside your foot length for the most accurate fit. Cycling shoes are performance-fit and do not stretch significantly over time.

Our garments are designed for cyclists, true to size guide with a performance fit. You shouldn’t need to size up unless you like a more relaxed cut.

You can return items within 100 days, as long as they're unused and in original condition. Just fill out a returns form and post it back to us. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.
